Baby Levi

So another journay has begun for Jer and I and that journay is having our SON :)

We have waited 10months to meet our little miracle and on July 22 at 3:34am Levi Alan Crow entered this world weighing 7.8lbs 21inches. He is the most precious lil baby ever my heart melts every time i see him.

Our journay together has started off a little rough, seeing how levi has been in the nicu because of a air hole in his lung, high respitory, and his white blood cell count was high due to an infection. So for the last 2days jer and i have been going back and forth from our room to the NICU to see our lil boy. At first seeing him there it was weird bc when he was born everything seemed fine and now my lil boy is laying in a bed with IV's attached to me and hooked up to monitors and i cant feed him. My heart was saddened.. I was the first one to be able to hold him in the NICU, i felt really bad abt that bc jer had been in the NICU the most since i was recovering from the csection. The moment i held him i didnt want to put him down and i knw thats how his daddyz feels too. But Levi is doing alot better and we are now just waiting for his jaundice to go away so he can go home with us..

One thing i have learned in this process so far is that i have been truly blessed with an amazing husband who cares so much for me and our son, its so cute. He has been on top of everything that has been going on with me and the baby, especially levi. Once levi was born jer didnt leave Levis side he stayed with him until i came out of surgery and then when levi went to NICU he went with and stayed with him as long as he could, which is great the bond levi and jer have is amazing. But its just the beginning of an amazing journay we will have :)

I know this is probably all over the place but im still recovering and lacking sleep, so forgive me if it doesnt make sense.
